Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease four ramekins with unsalted butter or non-stick spray and place them in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.

- Pour hot water into the baking dish around the ramekins until it reaches halfway up the sides. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
