Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs: 4 bone-in, skin-on

- Carrots: 2, sliced
- Celery: 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- White Wine: 1 cup
- Chicken Broth: 2 cups
- Heavy Cream: 1 cup
- Dried Thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Bay Leaves: 2

Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

- Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and heat through before serving.
