  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
  2. Combine halved cherries with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, then combine with dry ingredients.
