  • Black beans: 1 can (15 oz or 425 g), drained and rinsed
  • Corn: 1 can (15 oz or 425 g), drained
  • Green onions: 1/4 cup (about 4-5), chopped
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

Instructions
