  • Mushrooms: 8 oz (225 g), diced
  • Shredded cheese: 1 cup (100 g)
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Pita bread: 4 pockets
  • Cucumber: 1 medium, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in diced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and remove from heat, then stir in shredded cheese until melted.
