Description

Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries are bite-sized treats that combine fresh strawberries with a rich and creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties or as a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries: 12 large berries
  • Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1/4 cup
  • Whipped Cream (optional): 1 cup for topping

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut a cone shape from the top of each strawberry to remove the core.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the graham cracker crumbs and mix until smooth and thick.
  4. Using a piping bag or spoon, stuff each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture. Be sure not to overflow the strawberries.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
