Description
Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries are bite-sized treats that combine fresh strawberries with a rich and creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties or as a light dessert.
Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries: 12 large berries
- Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
- Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1/4 cup
- Whipped Cream (optional): 1 cup for topping
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut a cone shape from the top of each strawberry to remove the core.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in half of the graham cracker crumbs and mix until smooth and thick.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, stuff each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture. Be sure not to overflow the strawberries.
- Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh, firm strawberries to avoid difficulty stuffing them.
- If the filling is too runny, add more graham cracker crumbs or powdered sugar to thicken it.
- Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.
- Customize by adding lemon zest, cocoa powder, or other flavor variations.
