- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, diced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, smoked sausage, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the potato layer.
- Add the remaining potato mixture on top.
- Pour milk evenly over the casserole.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
