- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt and water to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into balls.
- Flatten each ball and place cheese in the center.
- Seal the dough and roll it out gently.
- Cook on a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
