Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Add milk if needed for consistency.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
