- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce for seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil for a nutty flavor
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
- 1 medium carrot, diced for sweetness and crunch
- 1/2 cup frozen peas for color and nutrition
- 2 cloves garlic, minced for aromatic flavor

Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and stem, then rice it using a food processor or box grater.
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and cook in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add diced carrots and cook until softened.
- Add riced cauliflower to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, then stir in frozen peas, cooked tofu, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions before serving.
