- 1 oz carrot juice
- 3/4 oz light amber agave
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Ice
- 1 carrot, halved lengthwise (for garnish)
- 5 carrot tops (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools, including a shaker and Collins glass.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, carrot juice, agave, Amaro Nonino, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Fill a Collins glass with pebble ice and strain the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with halved carrot and carrot tops before serving.

- Store leftover mix (without ice) in the refrigerator for a day.
