Description

The Carrot Margarita is a vibrant twist on the classic margarita, blending fresh carrot juice, tequila, agave, lime, and cayenne for a refreshing, spicy cocktail.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz carrot juice
  • 3/4 oz light amber agave
  • 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Ice
  • 1 carrot, halved lengthwise (for garnish)
  • 5 carrot tops (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools, including a shaker and Collins glass.
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, carrot juice, agave, Amaro Nonino, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  4. Fill a Collins glass with pebble ice and strain the mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with halved carrot and carrot tops before serving.
