Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and eggs, then combine with dry ingredients.
  2. Make the filling by mixing grated carrots with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Assemble the rolls by rolling out the dough, spreading the filling, and rolling it tightly into a log.
  4. Slice the log into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
