Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and eggs, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Make the filling by mixing grated carrots with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Assemble the rolls by rolling out the dough, spreading the filling, and rolling it tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled rolls.
