Instructions

- Add milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Spoon apple mixture into the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to seal, creating a pocket.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
