- For the drizzle:
- 1/2 cup caramel topping (for drizzling after baked)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in softened butter to create coarse crumbs. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust. Top with spiced apples. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter for the streusel. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 5 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel topping before serving.
