Ingredients

  • Pasta: 250 grams (about 8 oz)
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 250 grams (about 1 pint), halved
  • Fresh Mozzarella: 200 grams (about 7 oz) of mozzarella balls
  • Basil Leaves: 1 cup of fresh basil, roughly torn
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Balsamic Glaze: 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by washing and halving the cherry tomatoes, draining the mozzarella, and tearing the basil leaves.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil leaves.
