- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 100g)

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by slicing it into strips and coating it with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
- Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the same skillet until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer until thickened, then add chicken and pasta, tossing to combine.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, and serve garnished with parsley.
