A delicious blend of butterscotch pudding and browned butter pumpkin bread.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/2 cup browned butter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the butterscotch pudding mix and the browned butter until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served with whipped cream.
- Best enjoyed warm.
