Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup browned butter
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the butterscotch pudding mix and the browned butter until smooth.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
