Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with flour.
