  • Black beans: 1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • Jalapeños: 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Diced tomatoes: 1 cup
  • Sour cream: 1 cup (for serving)
  • Guacamole: 1 cup (for serving)
  • Fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for greasing the pan)
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the Bundt pan with olive oil.
  3. Layer tortilla chips around the bottom and sides of the Bundt pan.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheese, followed by black beans, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes. Repeat the layering process.
