  • Ground nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Milk: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Unsalted butter: 1/4 cup (60 g), melted
  • Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup (100 g)
  • Additional ground cinnamon: 1 tablespoon (8 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup, then mix with the dry ingredients.
