Ingredients

- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Egg: 1 (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Prepare the tartlet dough by thawing and rolling out the puff pastry.
- Make the brown butter by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan until golden brown.
- Prepare the apple filling by slicing apples and mixing with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Assemble the tartlets by placing pastry in molds, adding apple slices, and drizzling with brown butter.
