- Mix wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the browned butter and brown sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Incorporate dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently to combine.
