Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
