Crispy and cheesy broccoli balls perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
