Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the steamed broccoli evenly in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
