  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Milk: 1/2 cup (120 milliliters)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh blueberries: 1 cup (150 grams), rinsed and drained
  • Butter: 1/4 cup (60 grams), melted, plus extra for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
