- Bloody Mary salt or kosher salt (for rimming)
- 2 lemon wedges
- 4 oz tomato juice
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Celery stalks and olives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a Collins glass. Dip the rim in Bloody Mary salt or kosher salt. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tomato juice, vodka, fresh lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, black pepper, hot sauce, and kosher salt.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, until chilled and mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a celery stalk, olives, and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to your taste by modifying the amount of horseradish or hot sauce.
- Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for best flavor.
- Store leftover mix (without garnishes) in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka.
