  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
  • 470 g whipping cream
  • 26 Biscoff cookies
  • 4 large ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Whisk cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth; chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold half the pudding mixture into the whipped cream until smooth.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, spread half the pudding mixture evenly.
  5. Slice bananas and layer 3/4 of them on the pudding.
  6. Crumble 1/8 of the Biscoff cookies over the bananas.
  7. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the layers.
  8. Top with remaining banana slices and crumbled Biscoff cookies.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
