- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box (7.5 oz) Annie’s Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups plus 2 Tbsp)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese in a stand mixer at medium-high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and kosher salt; beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- Reduce mixer speed to low and gently fold in sweetened condensed milk until smooth and incorporated.
- Carefully fold in coarsely chopped Bunny Grahams and 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles.
- Transfer mixture to a 9×5 loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining 2 Tbsp Bunny Grahams and 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles evenly on top.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 5 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Use chilled bowls and beaters for whipping cream to achieve better volume.
- Do not overmix whipped cream; stop at stiff peaks to maintain airy texture.
- Fold ingredients gently to avoid deflating the mixture.
