Ingredients

  • Fresh egg noodles: 250 grams
  • Beef sirloin: 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell peppers: 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions: 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef, washing and slicing the bell peppers, and chopping the green onions.
  2. Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok and sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned.
