Ingredients
- Ground beef: 500 grams (about 1 pound)

- Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, finely chopped

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and let sit for a few minutes.
- In a food processor, blend tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Add chickpeas and blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with water as needed.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt. Toss gently.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Shape the beef mixture into patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- On a serving platter, arrange the beef kefta, add a scoop of hummus, and place the tomato cucumber salad alongside. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
