Ingredients

- Flour Tortillas: 4 large

- Diced Tomatoes: 1 cup (150 g)
- Shredded Lettuce: 1 cup (60 g)
- Sour Cream: 1/2 cup (120 g)
- Salsa: 1/2 cup (120 g)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat and season the beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, add a portion of the seasoned beef, black beans, cheese, diced tomatoes, and lettuce. Add any optional ingredients if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it from the bottom up to create a cylindrical shape.
- For a crispy exterior, place the wrapped burritos seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
