  • 1/4 cup milk (for dipping ladyfingers)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or additional banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the banana pudding according to package instructions or homemade, and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the banana pudding into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour milk into a shallow dish and quickly dip each ladyfinger into the milk, then lay them in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the banana pudding mixture over the ladyfingers, then add a layer of sliced bananas.
