Description

  • 1 11-oz box Nilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 6 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, plus more for decorating

Instructions

  1. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to package instructions using cold milk. Set aside.
  2. Arrange a layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan, dipping each wafer in milk briefly before placing.
  3. Spread one-third of the pudding over the wafers, then layer sliced bananas on top.
  4. Spread one-third of the Cool Whip over the banana layer evenly.
  5. Repeat layering wafers, pudding, bananas, and Cool Whip two more times.
  6. Smooth the top layer with a spatula, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for about 4 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from freezer, release the springform pan, decorate with dollops of Cool Whip, additional Nilla wafers, and banana slices if desired.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
