  • Pork tenderloin: 1 lb (450 g), cut into bite-sized nuggets.
  • Balsamic vinegar: 1/4 cup (60 ml).
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced.
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (30 ml).
  • Fresh rosemary: 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried).
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon.
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon (15 g).

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pork by cutting the tenderloin into bite-sized nuggets and patting them dry.
  2. Marinate the pork by mixing balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and honey in a bowl. Coat the pork nuggets and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated pork nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Let the pork rest for a couple of minutes before serving, garnished with fresh rosemary.
