Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the vegetables by trimming and slicing the fennel and cutting the carrots into sticks.
  3. Mix the balsamic glaze in a small bowl with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
