  • Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (divided)
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed)
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
  • Fresh dill: 2 tablespoons (chopped, plus extra for garnish)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Lemon slices: for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon fillets by patting them dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
