  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh raspberry puree
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: buttermilk, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and mashed raspberries.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the remaining mashed raspberries and crushed pistachios.
  5. Fill the donut pan cavities about 2/3 full with the batter.
