- 2 large onions
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice onions into rings.
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
- Dip each onion ring in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Place rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust BBQ sauce amount to your taste.
- For extra crunch, try adding cornmeal to breadcrumbs.
