Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 100ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 3 egg whites
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add Baileys and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix gently.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture.
- Gently fold in the egg whites until combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
