- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package tater tots (32 oz)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by the soup mixture and cheese.
- Top with tater tots, arranging them evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
