Ingredients

- 1 large artichoke
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the artichoke and remove the tough outer leaves.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the artichoke.
- Wrap the artichoke in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
