Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the applesauce and melted butter.
