Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, toss diced apples with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Add softened butter and mix until the topping resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apple mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, covering with foil if the topping browns too quickly. Let the pie cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
