  • Powdered sugar: 1 cup (120 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan by greasing and lightly flouring it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
