- 3 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Pour over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour before transferring to a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- For the topping, melt butter in a skillet. Add sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. Cool and spread over chilled cheesecake.
