- Spread 2/3 of the frosting evenly over cooled cake.
- Arrange blueberries in a rectangle at the top left corner.
- Place halved strawberries in horizontal stripes across the cake to mimic the flag.
- Use remaining frosting to pipe decorative details if desired.
- Slice and serve on festive plates.
