This is an amazing salted dark chocolate tart that balances rich chocolate with a hint of salt.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Add sugar and sea salt to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of sea salt.
