Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan by greasing it and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until thick and fluffy.
