Description
A quick and delicious air fryer chicken and potatoes recipe that combines juicy chicken thighs with crispy baby potatoes, all cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 4 pieces (bone-in, skin-on)
- Baby potatoes: 500 grams (about 1 pound)
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Fresh rosemary: 2 sprigs (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the chicken and toss until well coated.
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut larger ones in half. In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, and surround them with the baby potatoes. Add fresh rosemary if using.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, checking that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
