- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb or 450 g)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (about 200 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and cut them into bite-sized pieces if desired.
- Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and pat them dry. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add the broccoli to the basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm, optionally with rice or quinoa.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Adjust cooking times based on the size of chicken pieces and air fryer model.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
